Theresa Lynn Brooks, 55, passed away December 27th, 2023. She was born October 18th, 1968, to William and Roberta Brooks. She is preceded in death by her father William J Brooks, husband James M Pizzola, and brother Chris Brooks. She is survived by her mother Roberta Brooks, children JD & Jaelynn Pizzola, brother William Brooks, sister/bestfriend Shelly Wormser. Theresa was a strong-willed ray of sunshine that attracted so many people to her from all walks of life. She was truly a friend to everyone she came into contact with. She was passionate about many things in her life. Above all else she cared for her family. She enjoyed playing Pokemon with her friends, coaching Tball and watching her children grow. Theresa fought colon cancer for 10 years. A warrior, a fighter and a survivor can all be used to describe this amazing woman. She continued to fight through all of the adversity, but eventually passed unexpectedly. Our hearts break with her passing. She will truly be missed by all. She fights, we fight. Girl power!

Visitation for Theresa will be Wednesday, January 3, 2024, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana. Mass will be Thursday, January 4, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
