Donald A. Wilson, 64 of Terre Haute, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024 in Union Hospital. He was born in Terre Haute on September 25, 1959 to Winfred E. Wilson and Melva Seaney Wilson.
Donnie worked in maintenance and HVAC at Hulman & Company for many years and was a member of Teamsters Local # 104 for 41 years. He loved all sports, especially the Green Bay Packers, and also enjoyed spending time at Dietz Lake.
Donnie is survived by his wife Connie Trout Wilson who he married August 21, 1983 and two children, Austin Wilson (Michelle), and Teresa Carter (Ryan). He is also survived by his grandchildren; Cameron Wilson, Noah Wilson, Rylan Carter, Ashton Carter, Bryant Hemrich, Carter Hemrich, Jayden Hemrich, and Tabor Hemrich. He is also survived by his sister Darla Crowe and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers; David Wilson and Terry and Jerry Wilson, as well as a brother-in-law, Walter Crowe.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 North 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 5:00 PM, with John Lewis officiating. Visitation is scheduled for Thursday from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM in the funeral home. In keeping with his wishes, cremation will follow services.
