Thomas Earl McCullough

Thomas Earl McCullough, 68, of Brazil, passed away Thursday, April 16, 2020 in Terre Haute Regional Hospital. He was born in Brazil on October 9, 1951 to Howard and Mary (Dehler) McCullough.

Thomas attended Schulte High School in Terre Haute and graduated in 1970 from Brazil High School. While in high school he ran track. Thomas was a security guard for several companies including the Indianapolis Museum of Art. He also worked at Page’s Food Store for many years. Thomas was an active member of Annunciation Catholic Church, the legion of Mary and The Knights of Columbus; he would lead rosaries before Mass in church or funeral services in the funeral home. Thomas was a Hospice volunteer and with St. Vincent De Paul food pantry. He was an avid sports fan enjoying college and professional football. He would root for the Chicago Bears, The Fighting Irish of Notre Dame and The Cincinnati Reds. He was a animal lover and had many feline friends throughout his life.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Mary McCullough; a sister, Mary Kay McCullough Smith; a great-nephew, Benjamin McCloud and brothers-in-law, Richard Redenbarger, Jack Smith and Chuck Sanders.

Survivors include his siblings, Anne McCullough Redenbarger Sanders of Brazil, Jerry McCullough and wife, Phyllis of Bloomington, Janet McCullough John of Brooklyn, New York, Patty Cornforth and husband, Rick of Indianapolis and Sharon Anderson and husband, Bob of Zionsville; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
