Brian K. “Tiny” Carter, 55 of Brazil, passed away May 10, 2020 at 7:05 pm at his home. He had battled COPD for the past several years. The family would like to thank Southern Care Hospice for their dedicated care for the past three years. He was born on February 27, 1965 in Beloit, WI, the son of William Carter and Joan Lathrup Carter.

During his working years, he worked at Great Dane and for Metal Industries. He retired in 2007 after his health declined.

In the past, he attended Victory Christian Center and helped with maintenance there as well. He enjoyed being outdoors. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He also enjoyed hunting for mushrooms.

Brian enjoyed attending Special Olympics and supported his daughter at her events.
He was preceded in death by his father William Carter and his mother, Joan Scoville, and one brother, William Billy Carter. And he also lost his favorite dog, JoJo.

Survivors include his wife, Pamela Stultz Carter; daughters, Rachel Collins (Chris), and Ashley Runyan (Melea Moore), and Brianna Carter; grandchildren, Hailie Hargis (Zack Dickison), Nevaeh Collins, Brody Hargis, Xander Runyan, Odin Kalinowski, and Katie Collins; and other extended family. He also leaves behind his faithful companion, Duke.

Services will be held on Friday at 1:00 at the Lawson-Miller Chapel with Pastor Ken Coffman officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8pm. According to the current guidelines, there are to be no more than 25 persons in assembly at any one time, with social distancing of 6 feet. People may be rotated to comply with the number of 25 in attendance.
