Andy Lee Talley, 54, of Terre Haute, passed away Wednesday May 27, 2020 in New Orleans after a brief vacation. Andy was born in Terre Haute on May 19, 1966. He is survived by his father, George Albert Talley and was preceded in death by his mother, Doris E. Wager Talley. Andy was a custodian for the Vigo County School Corporation at West Vigo Middle School. He loved to bicycle, vacation, garden and tubing with his wife on Lake Michigan. He was a history buff and an avid train enthusiast, collecting trains and enjoying them with his fellow train enthusiasts. He was preceded in death by a brother in-law, Tim Sankey and close friends, Tony Le Qrec and Dale Hammond. He is survived by his wife, Misty Sankey Talley whom he married August 27, 1988. He is survived by two sisters; Vicki Hansen and her husband Alfred and Sandra Talley both of Terre Haute. He is survived by sister in-law’s; Brenda Matherly (Ron), Lori Sankey and Melody Sankey and brother in-law’s; Steve Sankey (Carla), Terry Sankey and Donald Sankey (Helen). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews and his best friend, Bob Swan.  Graveside Services are Wednesday June 3, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Highland Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday June 3, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, IN 47804.
