Linda Beatrice Shaw, 74, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away December 19, 2020. She was born June 18, 1946, in Bristol, Virginia to Wiley and Onetha Hicks. Linda worked at Chesty’s. TRW, and IVY Tech. She held membership with the Honda Gold Wings. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Linda is survived by her husband Larry L. Shaw; children Lisa Delany (David), Barbie Shaw, Chris Hicks, and L.J. Shaw (Carrie); grandchildren Amber Hicks-Stakeman (Ashley), Christina Hicks, Kaitlyn Wineinger, Tyler Hicks, Tristan Hicks, Justin Norton, Lauren Shaw, and Megan Shaw; great grandchildren Amethyst Hicks, Kadyn Stakeman, Alex Wilkinson, Nolan Wilkinson, Madalyn Heichel, and Marceline Heichel; siblings Mickey Kennedy, Kathi Hicks Boughers (Pat), Lysa Wright, Janice Barter, George Hicks (Karen), and David Hicks (Joyell). She was preceded in death by her parents’ stepmother Betty Hicks; sister Shirley Lake; and grandson Jordan Shaw-Tyler. In honoring her wishes, cremation has been chosen. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Care and arrangements have been entrusted to Greiner Funeral Home.
