Billie Kay Biggs, 76, of Terre Haute passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021 in her residence. She was born June 20, 1945 in Tuscola, IL to William Henry Biggs and Malissa Hortense Shields Biggs.

Survivors include her children, Ty Heckler, Todd Heckler, Troy Heckler, and Billie Heckler; step-children, William Brad Smith, Julie Smith, and Shelley Smith; brother, Rick Biggs; sisters, Brenda Lindenmyer and Nancy Travis; 29 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her life partner, Sally Smith; her parents; and sister, Bobbi Jo.

Billie was a retired social worker from Union Hospital. She graduated from St. Mary of the Woods College and Indiana State University.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Friday, September 3, 2021 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street, with Reverend Deb Moore-Hardin officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 2, 2021. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Catholic Charities.
