Carolyn May York, age 85, of Clinton, Indiana passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2022. Carolyn was born September 15, 1936 in Clinton to James Williams and Anna Margaret Rupnick Williams.
Carolyn had been employed as a seamstress at Clinton Garment Factory and had been employed at Crystal Maid for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; eight siblings, Dave Williams, Chuck Williams, Bill Williams, Jimmy Williams, Barbara Thomas, Lola Williams, Ethel Nevins, and Beverly Chambers.

Surviving are her children, Tina Caye, Billy York and wife Teresa, Gloria Thomas and husband Dave; four siblings, Emma Thomas, Mary Lou Williams, Rose Hulley, Bob Williams; five grandchildren, Marlana Simms, Anissa Caye, Amanda McLin and husband Daniel, Krystal Shoopman, and TJ Shoopman and wife Rachel; several great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 28, 2022 at 11:30 AM in the Chapel of Roselawn Funeral Home, with Celebrant Marta Adubato officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 AM until time of services at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
