Tim Maniscalo with the Better Business Bureau discusses different scams going on like the "Expiring License"  with Microsoft Windows, the "You Missed Jury Duty' scam, websites that are reselling gift cards and phone texts that are telling you there is a problem with a FedEx delivery.
