TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A Terre Haute attorney has been placed on probation for two years by the Indiana Supreme Court for mismanaging his trust account.

A  report in the Trib-Star says that John Claussen of Claussen Law Firm received a 90-day suspension from practicing law, effective Sept. 6.

The court said that Claussen mismanaged his trust account from 2013 through 2016, causing multiple overdrafts and that he co-mingled personal funds with client funds.
