Plea Deal For Former Business Owner Facing 90 Charges

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A plea deal for a former Terre Haute business owner means that he will likely spend not time in jail.

Robert Durr is the former owner of Durr’s Towing.

He is facing 90 criminal charges ranging from corrupt business influence to auto theft and perjury.

The pretrial diversion agreement offered by the state calls for him to pay back those he reportedly stole from, hold a job, and not committing any more crimes.

If he complies all conditions, all charges will be dropped.

If he fails to meet the conditions of the agreement within a year, Durr would be eligible for a trial.
