VIGO COUNTY, Ind. – A teen involved in a fatal weekend accident will face charges of reckless homicide and operating a vehicle under the influence resulting in death.

Last Friday night the car driven by a 17 year old crossed the center line on Hasselburger Avenue and collided head on with a car driven 61-year-old Regina Hair, killing her.

Police believe drugs and high speeds were factors in the crash.
