Loogootee Schools May Have ISTEP Problems

LOOGOOTEE, Ind. –  A Wabash Valley school district may have some serious problems with their ISTEP scores.

The Indiana’s Department of Education says there was a breach at Loogootee Schools involving ISTEP testing and that could make the scores invalid.

School officials have been quoted as saying that it is believed that an administrator posted three questions and on the parent portal and that those questions may have been used to help prepare students for the test by teachers.

This could mean that students might have to retake part at least of the test this summer.
