TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A Terre Haute man faces felony charges of aggravated battery, battery resulting in serious bodily injury and for allegedly stabbing a man.
The incident happened outside the Dancers 6th Avenue Strip Club on December 29th.
Allegedly 29-year-old Daniel Lee Allsup was involved in an altercation with another patron outside the bar and stabbed the man.
The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
Allsup is being held on $35,000 bond with no 10 percent allowed.
He is set to return to court January 22nd.
