CASEY, Ill – Police in Casey, Illinois are investigating over $9,500 of counterfeit $100 Bill’s.

The fake money was found on the roadway on East Washington Street in the town.

Police said in a Facebook post that the have had a small set of Chinese letters in red on the backside.

Casey Police urge all businesses to be aware that there may be more of these bills in the area and to make sure and check all large currency.
