INDIANA –  Seven members of Indiana’s Congressional delegation are among more than 200 members of Congress to consider overturning the landmark Roe versus Wade decision on abortion.  Only House members Susan Brooks and Trey Hollingsworth are not on the list.

The high court is scheduled to hear oral arguments March 4th on the constitutionality of Louisiana’s 2014 law–still blocked by the courts–which requires any doctor performing an abortion to have admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles.

The legislators say that case demonstrates the “unworkability” of the right to abortion found in Roe versus Wade.
