VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Vermillion County Deputies were called to a home in the 500 block of East Fourth Street in Fairview on the report of a disturbance.

When officers arrived, they found two women engaged in a physical altercation outside the front door of the residence.

 

24-year-old Kylie Sowers (daughter) of Clinton faces a charge of battery resulting in bodily injury.  She was released from the Vermillion County Jail on a promise to appear after a mandatory 8 hour cool down period.

 

 

 

 

47-year-old Rhoda Sowers (mother) of Clinton was arrested and charged with battery and felony Criminal Confinement.  She was released 02/27/2020 after posting a $10,000.00 bond.
