MUNCIE, Ind. — A Muncie woman is accused of stabbing her boyfriend in the arm.

Antoniette Starks was arrested on Tuesday after Delaware County sheriff’s deputies were called to her home because her boyfriend said she plunged a kitchen knife into his left arm after a fight over him spilling gravy on the carpet.

The man was taken to the hospital, and told police he had slapped Starks in the face, and after being stabbed, he used another knife to slash the tires on her car.

The Muncie Star Press says Starks is accused of domestic battery and criminal recklessness.
