Clay County, In. – One woman was hospitalized following a Clay County crash yesterday afternoon. Police say the accident happened at the intersection of SR 59 and County Road 600 south. A car tried to make a turn and was rear-ended by another vehicle, pushing that second car directly into the path of an oncoming semi. The driver of that second car was rushed to Terre Haute Regional Hospital. Both her condition and name remain unknown. Hazmat crews were also called about after the semi involved in the crash lost nearly 100 gallons of fuel in a nearby field. The names of everyone involved were not released.
