Robert L Carter “Robbie”, 37 years old, born April 19th 1985, passed away in his home on September 18th 2022. He is preceded in death by his mother Rene’ Lynn Carter, and his grandmothers, and his cousin/lifelong best friend Travis Taylor. He is survived by his wife Brandy McCullough and their 5 children, Robbie Carter, Heavenly Carter, Austin Carter, Caleb McCullough, and Isabella Carter. Also surviving are his father’s Robert Carter and Michael Shattuck; his siblings Julia Barrett and her husband Darrek Barrett, Maranda Derrek Barrett, Maranda Reed, Nicole Shake, Shaun Carter, and his wife Tosha Carter, Willy Carter and his wife Julia Carter, his godson Zander Allsup, and many many of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends that all meant the world to him. Robbie had a love for his children and Brandy that could never be measured. They were the light of his life. There was never a dull moment when Robbie was around, his laugh and his smile was infectious. He loved to sing and listen to music. Robbie had a kind and caring heart, and would do anything for anyone. He was such a sweet soul. He will always be missed.
