Clay County, Indiana – The Clay County Sheriff’s Department reports that 3 people were shot early Saturday in Clay County.  Deputies responded to a Domestic Situation on Clay City’s East side and found a female suffering from a gunshot wound.  She was stabilized, at the scene, then air-lifted to an Indianapolis hospital.  A short time later the Department received a report of a shooting at The Pilot Truck Stop at 59 and I-70.  Two males were treated at the scene and one was transported to the hospital.  A third man was pronounced dead.  At this time names have not been released and the investigation continues.
