Wesley Dallas Mitchell, 2 months, 1 week and 1 day old, passed away October 23, 2023, unexpectedly. He was born August 16, 2023, in Terre Haute, the son of Roy A. Mitchell and Emma-Gene Macy Shrout. He was born into a family full of love and brothers and a sister.

Survivors include Mom and Dad; siblings, Lexie Mitchell, Roy Mitchell II, Tandyn Mitchell, Ayden Skinner, Colson Mitchell, and Declan Mitchell; grandparents, Edward and Jane Mitchell, Kristina and Garrett Buis, R. Shane Shrout, and Albert Epple; one aunt, Chelsea Davis (Ryan), uncles, Kevin Mitchell, David Mitchell, Gaven Shrout (Elizabeth); and other extended family.
