PARKE COUNTY, Ind – Early this morning (7/15/19) Parke County Deputies and Rockville Police were called to a residence in rural Rockville.

They were told that 23-year-old Racheal E. Martin had stolen a firearm and was suicidal,

When Deputies made contact with Martin she started to resist and kicked a Parke County Sheriff’s Deputy in the groin.

Martin was arrested and taken to the Parke County Jail for resisting law enforcement and Battery of Law Enforcement.
