TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The Terre Haute Humane Society took in 39 dogs earlier this week.

The Humane Society is working to rehabilitate the dogs.

The owner was able to keep six after 45 that were found living in a garage on the property.

14 of those dogs have been spayed and neutered and are adjusting to socializing with people.

The can be now be adopted with an approved application.
