MONROE COUNTY, Ind. – A Terre Haute man has been arrested for allegedly taking a photo of a 10-year-old boy in a Monroe County McDonalds bathroom.

The child told officers with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office that he saw a cell phone held over the top of his stall door and it was likely taking a photo of him.

Police were called to the restaurant on State Road 46 West between Bloomington and Ellettsville.

Police say that surveillance video shows a man enter the restroom with a cell phone in his hand and then leave before the boy.

35-year-old Tyler Mathew Johnson of Terre Haute was arrested Friday on felony charges of attempted child molesting and voyeurism.
