Debbie K. Nevins, 56 of Brazil passed away suddenly April 8, 2020 at 3:10pm at Cloverleaf Healthcare Facility. She had been there a short time recovering from a broken leg. She was born September 13, 1964 in Clay County, the daughter of Joe Fugate and Norma Booker Fugate. She graduated from Brazil High School.
Debbie was united in marriage to Michael A. Nevins. She has been a home maker and has watched children in her home for many years. She enjoyed playing BINGO and was always friendly and outgoing. She was a long-time member of the Peniel United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include husband Mike Nevins; one daughter, Beth Fulks and husband Ben; one son, Justin Nevins; two brothers Raymond Fugate and Richard Fugate; and other extended family.
