Trial Date Set For Man Accused In Fatal Parke County Crash

PARKE COUNTY , Ind –  A new trial date has been set for the man accused of being responsible for a fatal Parke County crash in December 2017.

42 year old Bryan Robertson faces felony charges of drunken driving for allegedly causing the crash on US 41 south of Rockville that killed former Parke County sheriff Michael Eslinger and his wife Darla.

Police said Robertson had a blood-alcohol content of 0.117%.

.A plea deal was rejected and a new trial date has been set for June 25th.
