TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Some people on the east side of Terre Haute woke up to rocks and messages on their sidewalks. Some contained a message that read “No white guilt.”

As to who did it, it’s not known but police say that if you received one of these messages, you can contact police.  They will investigate.
