TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A new opioid treatment center opened Monday in Terre Haute.
Western Indiana Recovery Services is located at Hamilton Center and is the result of Governor Eric Holcomb designated five new opioid treatment program licenses across the state last year.
People who participate in the treatment will be prescribed methadone to take daily.
The participants will also take part in individual and group counseling.
